Peppermint was the Grand Champion Chester White Boar at the 2009 National Barrow Show. Simply put, Peppermint has been one of the most popular and most used Chester boars we have ever owned. Phenotypically, he is one of the best boars of any breed to come to Goldrush. He is extremely well balanced, with a tremendous amount of shape and dimension over his top. Peppermint has a big, stout hip that is expressive through his stifles. On the move, Peppermint takes an extremely flexible, athletic stride, standing down on a big foot and bone. We believe Peppermint to one of the outstanding boars in the Chester White breed.
