Normal Collection Days Monday and Thursdays

Shipping All packages are shipped UPS Next Day Air, unless requested otherwise.  We charge what UPS charges us the day of shipment.

Payment All Orders must be pre-paid, shipped C.O.D. or paid via credit or debit card.  We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).

Ordering Semen Placed by calling 888.690.2022.  To ensure availability of sires, we urge you place orders as far in advance as possible. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that it is sometimes difficult to pinpoint the exact dates when sows or gilts will be in heat, therefore making it necessary to cancel previously ordered semen.  In order to make this semen available to other customers wanting to use these high demand boars, we have this cancellation policy:

All orders must be cancelled by 9 AM EST on the day of collection

Cancellation requests after his time will not be honored by Shaffer’s Goldrush and will remain the responsibility of the semen purchaser.  At the time of cancellation a cancellation number will be given as proof of the cancellation.  This number should be kept for proof of the cancellation.

Breeding Certificates

To register any purebred litter, a breeding certificate is needed.  You can obtain a breeding certificate by calling into the office during business hours or by filling out an online breeding certificiate form. You will need the name of the boar, breeding or farrowing date, name of who ordered the semen, and herd mark.
