Thank you Jim Kilmer for the opportunity to bring Defender home to Goldrush!  Defender is a littermate to the$36,000 high selling Yorkshire boar at the 2024 NSR Exposition in Indianapolis.  No introduction needed to tell you of all of the success and the positive impact the Kilmer’s have had on the Yorkshire breed.  To say we are excited to get Defender here would be an understatement.  Defender’s mother was the 4th Overall Yorkshire Gilt at the 2023 Indiana State Fair, which confirms that great boars are generated from great females.  Tall shouldered, clean fronted with a bold chest and ideal muscle shape is the defining attributes of Defender. Tremendous bone and a wide base along with a big ring side profile look compliments this one of a kind Yorkshire boar.  Out on the move he is in a league of his own with his ideal range of motion and his ability to place them wide and square on the ground. Simply put, Defender is one of the Top Yorkshire boars to surface this year!
