He comes from an absolutely loaded litter that has already made a tremendous impact in the show ring. His littermates include Dagger, along with the Reserve Grand Overall at the North American, the Champion Purebred Barrow at the NJSA Eastern Regional, the Champion Purebred Gilt at the NJSA Eastern Regional, and the Reserve Grand Gilt at the American Royal. The American Royal gilt is one I had the privilege of judging myself, and from the moment she entered the ring.
Sword carries many of those same elite traits. From the side, he is incredibly attractive, running uphill with tremendous presence, head carriage, and balance. He offers the big-ring look while maintaining a flexibility.
Beyond his look, Sword still brings the stout indicators that matter. He is wide through his skull, bold in his build, and carries genuine shape and dimension down his top and through his hip. He combines elite phenotype with the kind of skeletal quality and substance needed to make a lasting impact.
