We have show pigs for sale privately off the farm at different times throughout the year. During main show pig seasons, a large variety will be sold through online sales, however a select few will be offered privately off the farm. Call us at 765-789-8349 to discuss.
We offer Open Gilts for sale privately off the farm year around. We host our ELITE Gilt Sale the end of the summer along with exhibit gilts at breeding stock shows. Check out what is currently for sale below or contact us at 765-789-8349 with questions you may have.
We do offer mature boars for sale. We typically have mature boars for sale during the summer months. If you are looking for something specific, please call us at 765-789-8349. We will information on boars that we have for sale.
BRED GILT GUARANTEE
All Bred Gilts come with a guarantee. We guarantee that the gilt will have 6 pigs total. We value the gilt at 60% of the purchase price and the litter at 40% of the purchase price. If the sow has less than 6 pigs then you will be credited on your account here at Goldrush for that difference. You MUST let us know within 7 days of farrowing to receive the full bred gilt guarantee.
For Example: If you purchase a bred gilt at $1500, the gilt is worth $900 and the litter $600.
If you gilt only has 5 pigs: You take the $600 the litter is worth, divide it by 6 and each pig is worth $100 a piece. Since she only had 5, you would get $100 credit on your account.
